Ngày 15/8/1945, Hội nghị toàn quốc Đảng Cộng sản Đông Dương họp tại Tân Trào, Tuyên Quang, Đảng ta đã quyết định thành lập “Ban Giao thông chuyên môn”. Đây chính là tiền thân của ngành Bưu điện Việt Nam. Từ đó, ngày 15/8 được lấy làm Ngày truyền thống của ngành Bưu điện.

Hình thành và phát triển gắn với lịch sử đấu tranh giải phóng dân tộc, thống nhất đất nước, xây dựng và bảo vệ Tổ quốc, các thế hệ Bưu Điện đã cùng nhau vun đắp nên truyền thống vẻ vang: “Trung thành - Dũng cảm - Tận tuỵ - Sáng tạo - Nghĩa tình”. Vượt qua mọi khó khăn, hiểm nguy, sự ác liệt của chiến tranh, đội ngũ dũng cảm, kiên cường giữ vững huyết mạch thông tin liên lạc thông suốt. Tranh thủ thời cơ vận hội, chủ động, sáng tạo, các thế hệ chung sức xây dựng Ngành phát triển, không ngừng lớn mạnh, đặc biệt trong 40 năm thực hiện đường lối đổi mới đất nước.

Ôn lại truyền thống vẻ vang và tri ân nỗ lực cống hiến của các thế hệ CBCNV ngành Bưu điện, Bộ Khoa học và Công nghệ phát hành bộ tem bưu chính “Kỷ niệm 80 năm truyền thống ngành Bưu điện (1945 - 2025)” gồm 01 mẫu tem và 01 blốc với giá mặt 4.000đ và 15000đ.

Khuôn khổ tem: 43 x 32 (mm); khuôn khổ blốc: 100 x 80 (mm).

Khuôn khổ FDC: 190 x 110 (mm).

Họa sĩ thiết kế tem: Nguyễn Du (Tổng công ty Bưu điện Việt Nam).

Hoạ sĩ thiết kế blốc: Tô Minh Trang.

Ngày phát hành dự kiến: 15/9/2025

On August 15, 1945, the National Conference of the Indochinese Communist Party held in Tan Trao, Tuyen Quang, the Communist Party decided to establish the "Specialized Communications Committee". This is the predecessor of the Vietnam Postal sector. Since then, August 15 has been taken as the Traditional Day of the Vietnam Postal service sector.

Formed and developed in association with the history of the struggle for national liberation, national unification, building and defending the Fatherland, generations of Postal Service have together cultivated the glorious tradition: "Loyalty - Courage - Dedication - Creativity - Compassion". Overcoming all difficulties, dangers, and fierceness of war, the brave and resilient team maintained the smooth communication and information network. Seizing opportunities, being proactive and creative, the generations of staffs through the periods have joined hands to build the sector to develop and grow continuously, especially in the 40 years of implementing the country's renovation policy.

To review the glorious tradition and express gratitude for the efforts and contributions of generations of employees of the Postal sector, the Ministry of Science and Technology issued a postage stamp set "Commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Postal sector's tradition (1945 - 2025)" including 01 stamp design and 01 block with face values of 4,000 VND and 15,000 VND.

Stamp size: 43 x 32 (mm); Block size: 100 x 80 (mm).

FDC size: 190 x 110 (mm).

Designer: Mr. Nguyen Du (Vietnam Post) and Mr. To Minh Trang.

The stamp set is issued in September 2025
