The year 2013 marks the 40th anniversary of diplomatic between Vietnam & Singapore and two countries are to be strategic partners. To celebrate this event, the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) specially release stampset "Vietnam-Singapore joint stamp issue: 40th Anniversary of Diplomatic relationship", with two values of 2,000VND & 10,500VND depecting the Jungle fowl (Gallus gallus) and Grey peacock phesant (Polyplectron bicalcaratum).The special joint stamp issue ceremony will be held in Hanoi & Singapore on 12 September 2013ệm 40 năm thiết lập quan hệ ngoại giao Việt Nam - Singapore
