Chào đón năm mới 2023, Bộ Thông tin và Truyền thông phát hành bộ tem “Tết Quý Mão” gồm 02 mẫu tem và 01 blốc với giá mặt 4.000đ, 15.000đ và 15.000đ, thể hiện hình ảnh những chú mèo - biểu tượng cho lòng tốt, sự kiên trì, nhẫn nại - linh vật đem lại sự CÁT TƯỜNG - THỊNH VƯỢNG cho con người.
Khuôn khổ tem: 37 x 37 (mm).
Khuôn khổ blốc: 80 x 80 (mm).
Khuôn khổ FDC (tem): 190 x 110 (mm).
Khuôn khổ FDC (blốc): 200 x 140 (mm).
Họa sỹ thiết kế: Nguyễn Quang Vinh.
Bộ tem được phát hành vào ngày 01/12/2022.
 
To welcome the New Year 2023, the Ministry of Information and Communications issues the stamp set "Year of the Cat", including 02 stamps and 01 block, with the face values of 4,000VND; 15,000VND and 15,000VND, depicting the image of cats - a symbol of the kindness, perseverance and patience and a mascot to bring the fortune and prosperity to the people.
